.5 ozSimple Syrup

3 dashesAbsinthe

Soda Water

Orange Peel

Preparation

Add all ingredients (except soda water) to a shaker. Shake without ice for 15 seconds. Add ice, and shake again. Strain into a Collins glass. Top with soda water. Add garnish.
