Pisco Sour

1 ozLime Juice
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
1Egg White
Add pisco, lime juice, simple syrup and egg white into a shaker and shake without ice vigorously. Open the tin, add ice and shake for 10 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish foam top with 3 dots of angostura bitters.
