Champagne Cocktail

Ingredients
  • 4 oz Champagne
  • 3 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 1 Sugar
Garnishes
  • Lemon Peel
Preparation

Add one sugar cube or barspoon of sugar in the flute. Add 3 dashes of angostura bitters. Then, slowly top off with Champagne. Optional, add 0.5oz of Brandy. Garnish with curly lemon peel.
