Ingredients
  • 1.5 oz Gin
  • 0.5 oz Dry Vermouth
  • 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 oz Raspberry Syrup
  • 1 Egg White
  • 3 Raspberry
Preparation

Add all liquid ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled, then strain. Take out the ice from the shaker, add one egg white. Add liquid mixture back into shaker and shake again. Strain into a coupe, garnish with raspberries.
