Ingredients
  • 2 oz Gin
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 3/4 oz Date Syrup
  • 1 Egg White
  • Soda Water
Garnishes
  • Lemon Peel
Preparation

In a cocktail shaker without ice, add the gin, lemon juice, date syrup, and egg white. Dry shake for about 10-15 seconds to emulsify the egg white. Add ice and shake again until well-chilled. Strain into a Collins glass with ice, and top with club soda. Gently stir to combine, and garnish with a lemon peel.
