Ingredients
  • 1.5 oz Fernet Branca
  • 1.5 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • .25 oz Simple Syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Whole Egg
Preparation

In a cocktail shaker without ice, add all ingredients (including cracked whole egg). Shake vigorously to emulsify egg. Open shaker, add ice then shake again until chiilled. Strain into a cobbler glass, coupe or wine goblet. Garnish with ground nutmeg.
