Ingredients
  • 2 oz Rye
  • 1 barspoon Absinthe
  • .5 oz Simple Syrup
  • 2 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
Garnishes
  • Lemon Peel
Preparation

Add absinthe in a rocks glass and swirl to coat the glass; discard excess. In a mixing glass, add ingredients and ice–stir. Strain into a rocks glass. Express oil from lemon peel, then garnish.
